These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WhatsApp-based service provided by Tell Wendy ("Tell Wendy", "we", "us") — the Tell Wendy personal assistant ("the Service"). Tell Wendy is a service operated by Tell Bob (עוסק מורשה 040642704). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Tell Wendy provides an AI-powered personal assistant that operates inside WhatsApp to help you manage tasks, reminders, meetings, contacts, lists and notes, generate documents, and — optionally — manage events in your connected Google Calendar.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in an unauthorised way.
• You are responsible for the content you submit and for keeping your WhatsApp account secure.
• Do not submit content that infringes others' rights or violates applicable law.

4. Google Calendar connection

If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, you authorise the Service to create, update, and delete events on your behalf and to read your free/busy availability, solely to perform the actions you request. You may revoke this access at any time via your Google account permissions. Our handling of Google data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party platforms, including WhatsApp / Meta, Google, and AI and cloud providers. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

6. AI-generated output

The Service uses artificial intelligence to interpret requests and generate responses, reports, and documents. Output may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it, and the Service is not a substitute for professional, legal, or financial advice.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Tell Bob and protected by applicable law. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant us a limited licence to process that content as needed to provide the Service.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tell Bob shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the competent courts of Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
